At this time, we primarily focus on domestic shipping. International shipping may be available for selected locations.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AWST) on business days will begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please note:
Processing times may be extended during high demand periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Cost

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates across Australia.

Flat Rate Shipping: $2 AUD per order
Free Shipping: Orders over $2000 AUD qualify for free shipping within Australia

The exact shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

Standard Delivery: 4–15 business days
Express Delivery (if available): 2–5 business days
